Agile Coach
As Agile Coach implementing Agile at ABNAMRO. Responsible for the domains Markets Securities, Credits & Mortgages. Work executed as a coach:
- Designing Value Streams and coaching management in the Agile transition
- Organizing and conducting Agile bootcamps
- Giving stakeholder awareness session
- Developing coaching material
- Coaching Scrum teams
- Giving workshops on story mapping, refinement, testing and XP
The teams were coached for a period of 8 weeks. After this 8 weeks the basics of Scrum have been implemented and the team will be capable of further improving themselves in the Agile Principles.
Agile Project Manager
As a project manager creating Scrum teams to deliver a specific project goal. Combining waterfall methods with Agile which was a good learning experience and eye opener for me to start implementing Agile rather than keep doing projects.
Release Wise Development Manager Internet and Intranet
Abnamro.nl serves 3.7 million clients and supports Internet Banking, Corporate Communications and Marketing. From this role responsible for stakeholder management and the development, maintenance and operations as manager of a team of 25 FTE. The RWD Manager ensures the delivery of all business changes needed for the websites and the availability of the tooling of the editors and all other support tooling needed for the websites
While being RWD Manager of this department Patrick accomplished the following:

- Delivery of new and restyled Intranet with editions per department
